In the main feature of the latest DWM (100 Deaths), there is a photo of Sarah Kingdom which I don't recall seeing anywhere before or even on the recon (but it's been a while since I saw it). Is it from the recon or is it something newly discovered?

Its a fairly new discovery. I got it from Viktors Ritelis a few years ago and gave a copy to DWM. It was too late to go in the recon unfortunately.

There were a few others from Master Plan, including some of the Daleks burning down the jungle (one of which was used on the back of the Lost in Time DVD cover). There were also a selection from The Crusade. All of these were from contact sheets, so aren't very high res. unfortunately.
