If ordering your video reconstructions on VHS, send your pre-labelled blank videocassette in a plastic case with the video cover. This not only gives it a little additional protection in the post, but also the dub site operator can see immediately on opening the package which video reconstruction you'd like -- thus enabling him/her to put your tape safely with all the other orders for that particular title until its turn for dubbing comes around.
You may have to pay a little bit extra as far as postage is concerned, but it's worth it!
