When I tried to send an order for a copy of the video reconstruction of The Faceless Ones (Revised Edition) (LC32) using the e-mail address dubuk@recons.com, I immediately received a failure notice from the qmail-send program MAILER-DAEMON at mail.megatram.com saying "I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out."
Not to be deterred, I tried a second time, this time using the e-mail address request@recons.com, as given on the Distribution FAQ page. Again, I received a failure notice from MAILER-DAEMON.
Of all the times for MAILER-DAEMON to decide to give up the ghost, it would have to be when there's a brand new video reconstruction available -- and just when I'd finally worked out how to download the video cover from the website, too...
Seriously, I hope this problem is currently being looked into, and will be resolved soon.

Hi Freddie,
When I first starting ordering recons from Loose Cannon, I too found that I could not use the link provided by the official LC Site. I overcame this problem by copying and pasting the order form into my own email provider and sent requests that way. Each time i sent an order it was received by the relevant person at Loose Cannon
Hope this helps in your trying to obtain the revised Faceless ones, and any subsequent recon |

Unfortunately, I was doing what you suggested, just as I have done ever since Loose Cannon Productions started handling distribution of the video reconstructions centrally, when I received the failure notices from MAILER-DAEMON.
